Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist the team in day-to-day hotel operations as assigned.
Support departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other operational areas.
Ensure smooth coordination with team members during shifts.
Guest Service
Greet guests professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Assist guests with basic queries and ensure prompt service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Accor brand standards.
Learning & Development
Participate actively in departmental training and learning programs.
Understand hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, grooming standards, and guest interaction procedures.
Learn operational processes and service standards under the guidance of supervisors.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures as per hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Adhere to grooming and appearance guidelines.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
