Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Cloud Mediation Developer to design, develop, and support high-performance, cloud-native mediation solutions within telecom BSS/OSS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telecom mediation systems, real-time and batch processing, cloud platforms, and modern microservices architecture.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of telecom network data processing (CDRs, EDRs, xDRs), billing integrations, and cloud-native deployment models.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design and develop scalable cloud-native mediation solutions for telecom environments.
•
Implement real-time and batch processing pipelines for CDR/EDR/xDR handling.
•
Integrate mediation systems with billing, charging, CRM, and downstream BSS systems.
•
Develop and maintain mediation flows including:
•
Data collection
•
Parsing and validation
•
Enrichment
•
Rating pre-processing
•
Aggregation
•
Distribution
•
Work with 3G/4G/5G network data sources (e.g., SGSN, PGW, OCS, IMS).
•
Build microservices using Java/Spring Boot or similar technologies.
•
Implement streaming solutions using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
•
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
•
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
•
Participate in architecture design discussions and technical leadership.
•
Provide L3 production support and root cause analysis.
•
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network, Billing, DevOps, and QA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
•
8+ years of experience in Telecom Mediation systems.
•
Strong understanding of telecom protocols and network elements (2G/3G/4G/5G).
•
