3-to-6-year experience in Support role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with MS SQL.
Good to have experience working with Microsoft Technologies (VB.Net and C#)
Experience working with American customers.
Willingness to work on rotation shift to support 24/7/365 support process.
Should have knowledge about support process (SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base and etc)
Exposure to application maintenance/production support/DevOps.
