Location & Flexibility
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Controlling (CO), and working knowledge of Banking and Treasury processes (good to have). Proven experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. Skilled in business requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Document splitting and segment reporting

Intercompany accounting and reconciliation (ICMR)
•
FI month-end and year-end closing activities
•
Validation and substitution rules
•
Financial reporting (Universal Journal - FAGLFLEXT/ Fiori reporting)
Controlling (CO)
•
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
•
Internal Orders
•
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
•
Product Costing (basic understanding)
•
Margin analysis and profitability reporting
•
FI–CO integration
Banking & Treasury (Good to have)
•
Bank master data configuration
•
Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing
•
Automatic Payment Program (F110)
•
Cash Management and Liquidity Management
•
Bank reconciliation and payment processing
•
House bank and payment method configuration
Qualifications
•
Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
•
Strong hands-on experience in:
