JD for Anthropological Researcher
Vision:
Akshar Foundation is conducting an anthropological study to deepen its understanding of the various stakeholders involved in its program implementation.
Scope:
The study will focus on identifying the perceptions and perspectives of stakeholders within the Akshar Foundation project, including students, parents, teachers, government officials, and community leaders. This research will be limited to the districts where Akshar operates.
Objectives:
1. To understand the motivating factors driving the various stakeholders.
2. To understand the dynamics among various stakeholders, including their relative significance.
3. To understand their perceptions and perspective towards education and employment, including their willingness to send children to work outside the state and country.
4. To understand what they perceive as obstacles in pursing their career goals.
5. To understand the cultural narratives, traditions and values that shape their perceptions.
6. To understand their views on the Akshar Foundation Project.
