Analyst should have a basic knowledge about US Mortgage.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation.
Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
Should be capable of Maintaining 100% quality yield with error free work consistently.
Research and provide a detailed review regarding the complex valuation cases.
Need to search and read the Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records and other valuation related documents to provide a detailed valuation review per client request.
Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process.
Timely completion of all work assignments.
Flexible to work on Night shifts.
Bachelor's Degree, master's degree added advantage.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
Must have an eye for attention to detail
