Job Purpose
To manage all the operational activities, responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient execution of treasury transactions
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Process interbank and money market transactions, including detailed knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products.
Perform regulatory reporting tasks related to the money market and interbank desk
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
Required Education
Minimum Graduate
Required Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of interbank and money market transactions, including knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products
Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
