The Analyst – Sourcing Centre of Excellence (SCoE) responsible for providing procurement support to Deloitte’s CoRe Global Procurement group. It presents a unique opportunity to apply skills and knowledge while working under the direction of a Procurement Manager on a team responsible for the procurement of goods and services for Deloitte Global.
The position requires the individual to become an active member of centralized team focused on the end-to-end strategic sourcing process supporting the procurement category management teams.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Contracts and Procurement Management on the CoRe Global Procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting sourcing activities and procurement operations across the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle.
Manage project timelines to help ensure key sourcing milestones are achieved.
Support sourcing events by coordinating with internal clients, suppliers, and member firms to gather requirements and facilitate execution.
Build sourcing event content, evaluation criteria, and event workflows within sourcing platforms such as Ariba.
Manage supplier lists, supplier communications, and proposal evaluation activities, including scoring and down-selection support.
Support multiple sourcing events simultaneously across internal stakeholders working in different geographies and time zones.

More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or Master of Business Administration
1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or sourcing operations
Experience supporting sourcing events and procurement project timelines
Experience using sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Emptoris, Coupa, or similar tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience working with internal stakeholders across geographies and time zones
Preferred:
Experience supporting global procurement activities
Experience supporting sourcing and contract renewal processes
Experience developing sourcing event content and evaluation criteria
Experience evaluating supplier proposals using qualitative and quantitative analysis
