Strategy & Operations Analyst (Partnerships)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our global Ops team, based in Pune. You will be the dedicated strategic engine for our Partnerships organization. While you report directly into the Strategy & Ops pillar to maintain operational independence, you will act as the "right hand" to the VP of Partnerships.

Your mission is to move beyond simple reporting. You will leverage AWS QuickSight to build a world-class analytics suite that drives partner accountability, accurate revenue forecasting, and data-backed strategic pivots.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Analytics & QuickSight Governance

Advanced Visualizations: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards in Salesforce and AWS QuickSight to track the global partnership pipeline and revenue.

Metric Standardization: Define and govern partnership KPIs (e.g., Attributed ARR, Partner ROI, Ecosystem Health) to ensure the VP of Partnerships is looking at the most accurate data.

Data Engineering Liaison: Partner with Central Data/Engineering teams to ensure the necessary data schemas are optimized for QuickSight SPICE engines.

2. Forecasting & Executive Planning

Revenue Modeling: Build and iterate on complex forecasting models that predict partner-led growth with high precision.

Strategic Deep-Dives: Perform ad-hoc analysis for the VP of Partnerships to evaluate new market entries, tiering adjustments, or incentive program efficacy.

Accountability Frameworks: Establish "Early Warning Systems" in data to identify underperforming partners or stalling pipelines before they impact the quarterly target.

3. Operational Excellence (The "Bridge")

Cross-functional Alignment: Act as the objective voice between Partnerships, Finance, and Sales to resolve attribution disputes and ensure "one version of the truth."

Process Automation: Streamline the flow of partner data from CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) into the AWS ecosystem to minimize manual reporting overhead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years in Strategy & Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Intelligence—ideally within a global SaaS or high-growth tech firm.

Technical Mastery:

BI: Expert-level proficiency in AWS QuickSight (calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard publishing).

Data: Strong SQL skills (CTEs, Window Functions) for data preparation.

Modeling: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and scenario planning.

Soft Skills:

Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with a VP-level stakeholder while maintaining the reporting independence of the Ops team.

Skepticism & Accuracy: A "trust but verify" mindset regarding data; you don't take CRM entries at face value.
