Job Description Job Title: Analyst II – Procurement Contract Management JOB PURPOSE Procurement Analyst II (or Analyst 2) responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, analyzing spends to identify savings, and negotiates with suppliers including vendor evaluation, contract management, invoice tracking, and ERP (e.g., SAP) utilization. Responsible for enabling contracts for procurement of goods and services across multiple categories including but not limited to Ingredients, Packaging, External Manufacturing and MRO Should have a wider understanding of Supply Planning, Materials Planning and Material Creation with PR-PO process To manage and guide the users on all contract activities, including tracking of obligations, SLA/KPI compliance, and creating a risk mitigation plan for non-compliances if any, using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. Implement Contract compliance monitoring and Governance framework across the organization. Ensure effective implementation of CLM policies and tool across the organization by building the capability of business users and related functions.  The role requires the resource to work closely with the Procurement buyers, Plant Planners, Material Planners, Suppliers, Account Payables forming part of the Source-to-Pay Should have an expertise in SAP ECC, MM, MDG, Ariba Contract Management, Agile and Invoice Validation ORGANISATION CHART Reporting to Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Key activities Issue proactive reminders to support Business Owner and/other accountable parties of need to perform contract activities and fulfill contractual obligations throughout the contract term Periodic review with business teams to ensure all contractual terms & conditions, SLA/KPI tracking are adhered to. Highlight delays in compliance or cases where penalty needs to be levied for contractual non-compliance. Create a dashboard to the Management (E.g., Contracts under Management, Manage the DOA, SLA tracking and deviations, deliverables, timelines, Obligations; if any) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES – Good to have skills: Commercial contracts, Post contract administration, KPI tracking Must to have skills: Post contracting, SLA tracking, obligation. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS MBA or Diploma with minimum of 5 years of experience in direct category or related experience at Plant preferably from FMCG RELEVANT EXPERIENCE At least 5 years or more relevant/ relatable industry experience within a Post Contract Administration (preference will be given to candidates who have worked on Plant, FMCG sector) Working knowledge and hands-on experience on contracts executed under Procurement The ability to multi-task and prioritize commitments, manage time effectively and work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines.
