Role Overview
This role is for a high-ownership analyst who works closely with
channel managers, category owners, and functional owners
across
marketplaces and offline retail
, driving analytics-backed execution across
revenue, inventory, logistics, and audits
.
The role is hands-on, outcome-driven, and focused on closing actions with on-ground teams.
Process Improvements & New Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for
automation, cost optimization, and scalability
across online and offline operations.
Support 0→1 initiatives across marketplaces, offline retail, supply chain, and finance.
Drive initiatives from analysis to execution with measurable impact.
Stakeholder Interaction
You will work closely with:
Marketplace & Offline Channel Managers
Category & Business Owners
Finance, Audit, Logistics, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
2–4 years of experience in
analytics, founder’s office, consulting, retail, marketplace ops, or fast-paced startups
Strong understanding of
marketplaces, offline retail operations, revenue flows, inventory movement, and logistics
Hands-on execution mindset with strong follow-through
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, SQL
Ability to work directly with owners and close actions
Good-to-have:
Experience in
offline retail analytics or store operations
Exposure to audits, reconciliation, or compliance processes
SQL / BI tools exposure
High-growth startup experience
