About this role

Associate, Production Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) seeks a Analyst Digital Editorial efforts, supporting the Digital Experience Center of Excellence within the Global Brand & Marketing organization. This role will facilitate strategic planning and decision-making powering Deloitte’s digital content and campaign strategy. This individual will define, own, and evolve Deloitte’s model for global content and campaign governance – defining principles for decision making principles and convening the bodies to obtain consensus. They will be counted upon to lead the start of the content lifecycle – connecting editorial decisions, content pipeline, and calendars to the initial campaign brief. Proven experience working with global stakeholders to make editorial and governance decisions around cross-border content and campaigns is central to this role. A successful candidate will maximize Deloitte’s return on content investment by increasing quality and alignment, reducing bloat and duplication, and maximizing its value for external audiences and key constituents. Those with deep digital content strategy expertise and can build strong networks to influence consensus-based decision making across global teams will thrive in this matrixed organization. Work you'll do As an Associate, Production on the Digital Experience Center of Excellence team, you will be responsible for: Defining, maintaining, and evolving Deloitte’s global approach to content and campaign governance. Supporting the planning, maintenance, and ongoing use of global content and campaign calendars. Developing and applying governance rules and editorial guidelines to prioritize content and campaigns across geographies. Coordinating with global and geographic stakeholders to facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and maintain alignment across editorial and governance bodies. Connecting campaign pipeline inputs to briefing processes while identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and supporting content lifecycle operations. The team The Digital Experience Center of Excellence within Global Brand & Marketing helps shape how Deloitte delivers content and campaign experiences across digital channels. The team works across stakeholders, markets, and disciplines to improve governance, quality, and alignment of digital content and campaigns. This role supports a global, matrixed environment focused on effective planning, editorial decision-making, and audience-centered execution. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy within marketing, brand, corporate communications, or agency environments Experience managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Experience supporting editorial governance, content planning, or campaign planning processes Experience working with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making Ability to perform quality checks for digital content or web pages Preferred: Master’s degree Experience in B2B marketing or professional services Experience working with global stakeholders on cross-border content or campaign initiatives
