<p></p></div><p><br><strong>Position Overview:</strong> <br><br>We are looking for an experienced Associate Clearing professional with strong knowledge in depository and broking back-office operations. You will manage key depository functions and support our global operations, including settlements, corporate actions, and other essential clearing activities.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end depository operations covering maintenance, and closure</li>
<li>Handle settlements and reconciliation processes</li>
<li>Process Corporate Actions (CA) and ensure accurate execution</li>
<li>Manage miscellaneous depository-related operational activities</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies</li>
<li>Handle US Proxy processing and administration</li>
<li>Perform US Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) reconciliation</li>
<li>Support international operational requirements as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Required Qualifications & Experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>6-7 years of experience in broking or capital markets back-office operations.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in depository operations (NSDL/CDSL or equivalent platforms).</li>
<li>Must have NISM certification series VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination (DOCE).</li>
<li>Proven experience in clearing, settlements, and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Hands-on knowledge of corporate actions processing.</li>
<li>Proficient in depository systems, settlement platforms, and back-office tools.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of settlement cycles, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with clearing house procedures and entitlement calculations.</li>
