Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to foster a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews
Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective strategies, team motivation, and implementation of promotional campaigns
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, and operational challenges to senior management
