We are looking for an experienced
HR professional
who will drive
Performance Management System (PMS), Payroll coordination, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition oversight
while managing the HR team and strengthening people processes across the organization.
This role requires a
hands-on HR leader
who can manage performance cycles, oversee payroll inputs, and ensure timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management System (PMS)
Drive
end-to-end PMS cycles
including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Manage
performance calibration discussions with leadership
.
Ensure
KRAs are clearly defined and performance evaluations are completed on time
.
Analyze PMS data to identify
high performers, performance gaps, and development needs
.
Support linkage of
PMS outcomes with increments, promotions, and incentives
.
Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee
monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and validations
.
Coordinate with
finance/payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
.
Manage
employee lifecycle processes
– onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits.
Maintain
HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership
.
Ensure
statutory compliance and HR governance standards
.
Talent Acquisition
Oversee
end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles
.
Partner with hiring managers to understand
workforce plans and hiring priorities
.
Monitor
recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire
.
Manage
recruitment vendors, job portals, and referral programs
.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the
HR team
and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
Act as a
strategic HR partner to business leaders
.
Drive process improvements and build scalable HR frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Development
Support
employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
.
Identify training needs based on
PMS outcomes and business requirements
.
Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
.
6–8 years of HR experience
with strong exposure to
PMS, Payroll coordination, and Talent Acquisition
.
Hands-on experience in
driving PMS cycles and managing HR operations
.
Strong understanding of
HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics
.
Experience in
team management and stakeholder engagement
.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
