About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with some of our most strategic global clients across management consulting and investment firms. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, commercial ownership and operational excellence and is ideal for professionals who enjoy building deep partnerships and driving long-term value.
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional client experience and sustainable account growth across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own Strategic Client Relationships
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Build long-term relationships with mid-to-senior level client leaders.
2. Drive Account Growth
Identify and develop opportunities within existing client relationships.
Expand account presence across new teams, domains and geographies.
Partner with internal teams to unlock repeat and incremental business.
3. Deliver Outstanding Client Experience
Ensure high-quality execution across all engagements.
Step in personally on complex or high-impact projects to ensure success.
Act as an escalation point and resolve issues with speed and empathy.

Understand the Client’s Organization
Develop a strong understanding of client structures, decision-making dynamics and priorities.
Map client stakeholders across functions, domains, and regions.
Use account intelligence to deepen engagement and uncover opportunities.
5. Ensure Governance & Compliance
Uphold Infollion’s compliance standards and client-specific requirements.
Ensure all commercial, contractual and compliance documentation is accurate and complete.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain high governance standards.
6. Strengthen Global Relationships
Support expansion of accounts across international offices
Build relationships with global client stakeholders and cross-border teams.
