Responsible for maintaining a strong client relationship and ensure that all convention specifications are communicated to and executed by all departments.
Oversee events, manage the team and allocate responsibilities to the team.
Coordinate and supervise the execution of all events to ensure clients' specifications are adhered to and that the convention runs smoothly and efficiently.
Any matter which may effect the interests of
ACCOR
should be brought to the attention of the Management.
To prepare and submit in the prescribed format the information necessary for budgeting purposes.
Conduct departmental meeting as required to communicate effectively with all events department team to ensure that they are kept current on pertinent information and activities.
To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all enquiries.
Ensure that duty rosters are compiled with, making certain that adequate number of the team will be on duty.
To ensure that the service of food and beverages is courteous and professional.
Responsible for smooth, efficient, cost effective operation of all Events functions.
