We are seeking a results‑driven professional with deep expertise in testing within large‑scale, client‑facing transformation programs. Within
GCI’s Global Testing Practice
, the focus is on strategy, planning, execution, and management of end‑to‑end platform testing across implementation programs. These programs span front, middle, and back office operations and involve complex data flows across State Street, Charles River Development, clients, and industry partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, familiarity with AI concepts, and an interest in leveraging AI‑driven approaches to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and quality.

This role directly supports our mission by strengthening test strategy, enhancing operational readiness, and enabling AI‑supported testing practices that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability across transformation programs.
What you will be responsible for
Represent
State Street GCI
in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding clients throughout the end‑to‑end testing journey.
Manage resource allocation for the testing team.
Lead strategic delivery initiatives and contribute to the implementation model within GCI.
Oversee a global team of functional and automation testers, ensuring high-quality delivery across regions.
Drive the adoption of best practices, testing standards, and process excellence across the organization.
Script, Run and troubleshoot Robotic test automation
Support AI understanding and champion the adoption of AI‑driven testing methodologies.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Exemplify a delivery-focused, team-driven mindset and act as a role model for peers and colleagues.
Be a back-up to Test lead and assist in producing test metrics and status reporting to the management on timely basis
Coordination with US / UK and third-party vendors or SSC Clients
Flexibility to work in APAC/UK hrs (when required).

Skills That Will Help You Succeed in This Role
:
4 -9 years
of experience in functional testing with a solid understanding of
Capital Markets
3+ years
leading project teams across internal and external stakeholder groups.
Hands-on experience with
Investment Banking applications
across Front Office (CRD), Middle Office, and Back Office, spanning multiple asset classes.
Strong capability in designing
Test Strategy
and
Test Approach
aligned with client service models.
Ability to plan and execute activities based on project milestones.
Experience producing test metrics and delivering timely status reporting to management.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver programs effectively.
Proficiency with
Test Management Tools
such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and PowerPoint.
Work closely with Business (Test case reviews/ops readiness) and IT teams (deployments/fixes)
Defect Management – Articulation of defects in detailed manner, assigning defects to technical teams, capturing target fix dates and resolution comments from IT
Good understanding of
AI concepts
and familiarity with
AI‑driven testing approaches
, including identifying opportunities for AI adoption within testing processes.
Experience with
Test Automation Management Tools
such as UiPath.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management or Information System Management.
