About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
AI Trainer
to join our team and play a strategic role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI education programs. This position involves working closely with the software product engineering team to create focused, industry-aligned AI training initiatives under our platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in AI and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the software product engineering team to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
· Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
· Curate, conceptualize, and deliver large-scale training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
· Lead hands-on sessions, workshops, and bootcamps using the latest AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.
· Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
· Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
· Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
· Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, agentic systems, and LLM technologies and integrate them into programs.
· Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in curating, conceptualizing, and delivering large-scale technical training programs.
· Proven ability to design AI curricula in collaboration with technical teams and industry partners.
· Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
· Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
· Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with AI integration in enterprise software products.
· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Experience working with startups or innovation labs in edtech or AI sectors.
· Open-source project contributions or community involvement is a strong plus.
· Prior experience with AI certification programs from AWS, Nvidia, GCP, or Microsoft.
