Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and AI-knowledgeable AI Test Architect to lead the adoption of Generative AI within our Quality Engineering practice. The ideal candidate will drive AI-enabled testing initiatives, design intelligent automation frameworks, and contribute to research-driven Proof of Concepts (POCs) using modern automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, optimize, and enhance test strategies and test plans using Generative AI capabilities.
Create AI-assisted test cases, execution summaries, defect analytics, and test closure reports.
Lead and support AI-driven automation framework development initiatives.
Develop and enhance automation solutions using TOSCA and Playwright.
Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) with automation and AI tools to evaluate new technologies and improve QA efficiency.
Research and recommend innovative testing approaches, AI-enabled solutions, and automation best practices.
Present POC findings, technical recommendations, and innovation initiatives to leadership teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and DevOps environments to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Provide quality metrics, reporting insights, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Mentor QA teams on AI-enabled testing practices, automation frameworks, and quality engineering standards.
Contribute to CI/CD integration and enterprise-scale automation strategies.
Required Skills
Strong experience in test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and quality governance.
Solid expertise in TOSCA.
Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with Playwright.
Strong understanding and practical exposure to Generative AI and AI tools in software testing.
Hands-on experience in conducting POCs with automation/testing tools, showcasing a research-oriented and innovative mindset.
Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions, execute POCs, and effectively present outcomes to leadership teams.
Strong automation framework design experience with CI/CD awareness.
Programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
ISTQB Certification (Foundation/Advanced).
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Exposure to enterprise-scale QA practices and AI governance concepts.
Experience in the Manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and intelligent automation platforms.
