What is this role all about?
You will play a key role in driving AI-led pre-sales engagements, working closely with enterprise clients to understand their CX challenges and design impactful solutions. You will own discovery, solutioning, and demo experiences that directly influence deal outcomes and shape how customers adopt AI in their CX stack.

Own key stages of the pre-sales cycle from discovery, solutioning, demo execution to proposal support
Understand client pain points and translate them into AI-powered CX solutions (chatbots, voice bots, automation workflows)
Design and deliver compelling product demos and tailored solution walkthroughs
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft winning solution strategies
Support RFP/RFI responses and create high-quality solution documents, presentations, and collateral
This is a
Bangalore-based
role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
1 - 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or AI/SaaS roles
Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) workflows and business processes
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
What are the most critical skills for this role?
AI/GenAI fundamentals (chatbots, voice bots, automation use cases)
Solutioning and problem-solving mindset
Demo storytelling and presentation skills
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms
You will have an advantage if you:
Have exposure to conversational AI platforms or low-code/no-code tools
Have worked on RFP/RFI responses or pre-sales documentation
Understand contact center or support automation ecosystems
Have hands-on experience with tools like Postman or basic API testing
