About Ketto:
Ketto
is a leading crowdfunding platform that empowers individuals and organizations to raise funds for medical treatments, social causes, and personal needs. Our mission is to make healthcare accessible and enable impactful change through community support.
At Ketto and its ventures, we are increasingly leveraging
AI to reimagine fundraising, donor engagement, support systems, and internal operations
— from intelligent assistance to automation and decision-making systems. Join us in building AI-powered products that directly impact lives at scale.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a builder-first AI Product Management Intern to help shape and ship intelligent, AI-powered experiences across Ketto’s platform and internal tools.
This is not a passive PM role — you will actively build, prototype, test, and iterate on AI features, working closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams.
As an AI PM Intern, you will:
● Identify opportunities for AI across the user journey
● Rapidly prototype solutions using code, APIs, and tools
● Help take ideas from 0 → 1 and 1 → scale
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with senior product managers to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals — and identify where AI can create step-change improvements.
• Build and prototype AI-powered features using APIs (LLMs, automation tools, workflows) to validate ideas quickly before full-scale development.
• Assist in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and creating detailed specifications for AI and non-AI features.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to take prototypes into production-ready features.
• Support data analysis and experimentation — track product performance, AI output quality, and user behaviour.
• Help define evaluation metrics for AI systems (accuracy, relevance, latency, user satisfaction).
• Engage in user feedback sessions and translate findings into actionable insights and product improvements.
• Participate in product review meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct competitive analysis of AI-first products, especially in fintech, healthtech, and consumer platforms.
• Help document product workflows, AI logic, prompts, and internal tools for scalability and reuse.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI (LLMs, copilots, automation, agents) and identify opportunities for Ketto.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Basic understanding of product management principles and software development life cycles.
• Strong interest in building products, not just managing them.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is beneficial.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
Technical / Coding Expectations (Important):
• Ability to write and ship code in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience working with or strong interest in:
● LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
● Prompting, chaining, or basic RAG workflows
● Automation tools/scripting
● APIs and integrations
• Comfort with quickly building MVPs, prototypes, or internal tools.
• Bonus:
● Experience with product analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, etc.)
● Experience building side projects, hackathons, or AI tools
● Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, etc.)
What You’ll Gain:
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-first product features in a real production environment.
• Mentorship from experienced product managers, engineers, and builders.
• Exposure to real-world challenges in crowdfunding, healthcare access, and trust-driven platforms.
• Opportunity to work across Ketto and its ventures on 0→1 and scale problems.
• A strong foundation in AI product thinking + execution + building.
• The chance to create meaningful impact through technology and innovation.
Join us and help build the future of AI-powered fundraising and healthcare access.
