Lead, grow, and upskill the AI practice within the Google Cloud Customer Engineering organization in India.
Drive adoption and growth of cloud AI and applied AI products amongst our top clients.
Partner with the field sales and customer engineering leadership to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of Cloud AI sellers, ensuring a unified approach to high-growth and digital native accounts.
Serve as a key technical leader, leveraging deep understanding of AI to support sales and customer engagements.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) sales roles.
15 years of experience as a pre-sales leader or quota-carrying solution architect within the cloud ecosystem.
10 years of customer-facing experience running engagements with clients (e.g., consulting, project management, sales, implementation, or technical sales).
Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern technology stacks that support business scaling.
Experience with cloud, data, and AI technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Experience in the India enterprise and digital native market.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Experience working in a hyper-growth environment.
Strong track record in scaling a practice or business line.
