Role Purpose
Build and deploy AI solutions that drive measurable productivity gains across Version 1’s support functions. This role is the hands-on technical delivery engine for internal AI adoption, responsible for building Copilot Studio solutions, deploying Azure AI environments, and turning business process pain points in HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing into working AI-powered tools.
Context
Version 1’s AI Native strategy extends beyond software delivery into every function of the business. The AI Platform Specialist provides that capacity.
Working directly under the AI Solutions & Internal Adoption Lead, this role translates business requirements from support function stakeholders into deployed solutions. The focus is practical delivery: understanding the process, building the solution, deploying it reliably, and handing it over with proper documentation and support.

Maintain demo, lab, and production environments supporting internal adoption with 99% availability
Work directly with support function stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and validate solution fit
Create deployment automation scripts and reusable patterns to accelerate delivery of standard AI configurations
Document all solutions with architecture guides, operational runbooks, and user-facing support materials
Collaborate with BATS on infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security integration for internal deployments
FY26 Objectives
