This role places you at the forefront of
leading and scaling next-generation GenAI systems
that power real-world customer experience products. As an AI / ML Lead, you will define technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while building high-impact AI solutions.
You will work on large-scale, production-grade AI systems ranging from
LLMs and multimodal models to voice and vision
, while ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability at enterprise scale.

You will
lead the design, development, and deployment
of Generative AI models, LLMs, and transformer-based architectures for CX-focused products
You will define and own
scalable ML architectures and pipelines
for data processing, training, evaluation, and production deployment
You will
mentor and guide ML engineers
, setting best practices for model development, optimization, and production readiness
You will optimize model inference using frameworks like
vLLM, Triton, and TensorRT
to improve performance and reduce latency
You will work on
multimodal AI systems
, including audio, image encoders, vision-language models, ASR, and TTS
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into
robust, scalable AI solutions
This is a
Bengaluru-based role
.
We work
five days a week from the office
, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You successfully
ship and scale GenAI solutions
that meet product goals, improve customer experience metrics, and perform reliably in production at enterprise scale, while building a strong and high-performing ML team.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
You have
8+ years of hands-on experience
building and deploying ML or deep learning models, with experience leading or mentoring teams
You hold a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
You are comfortable working in
fast-paced, product-driven environments
You bring strong
problem-solving, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills
What are the most critical skills for this role?
You have strong programming skills in
Python
and experience with
PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
You have a deep understanding of
transformers, LLMs, attention mechanisms, and GenAI training pipelines
You have hands-on experience with
model optimization, GPU acceleration, and inference frameworks
You can
train, fine-tune, evaluate, and productionize
large-scale deep learning and GenAI models
You will have an advantage if you:
Have worked with
vLLM, Triton, TensorRT
, or similar high-performance inference systems
Have experience building or integrating
ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech)
systems
Have hands-on exposure to
multimodal architectures
involving vision, language, and audio
Have deployed ML models on
AWS, GCP, or Azure
