AI/ML ENGINEER

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive our company's technological advancements. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities Preprocess and clean large datasets, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment Optimize existing ML models for improved performance and efficiency Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices Contribute to the development of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through documentation and presentations Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development Strong proficiency in Python and experience with R or Java Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn Experience with deep learning techniques, natural language processing, and computer vision Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong understanding of statistical analysis and mathematical concepts Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment Proven track record of implementing and deploying ML models in production environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with version control systems, preferably Git Knowledge of current AI/ML trends and best practices Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
