About the Role
This strategic role will partner directly with the AI Practice Head to build our internal capability and external market offerings. The primary focus will be on architecting and developing reusable accelerators, jump-start kits, and standardized solutions that both empower our practice and accelerate delivery for client development projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and concrete, scalable implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Design & Build AI Accelerators:
Architect, develop, and document reusable AI/ML accelerators, frameworks, and jump-start kits for high-demand use cases (e.g., document intelligence, conversational AI, predictive analytics) to reduce time-to-market.

Solution Architecture for Offerings:
Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the practice's standard offerings and for specific client proposals. Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and effort estimates.

Technical Pre-Sales & Consulting:
Support the AI Practice Head in pre-sales activities by scoping projects, selecting appropriate technologies, addressing technical risks, and demonstrating solution viability to clients.

Project Delivery Governance:
Provide architectural oversight and guidance to development teams on key client projects. Review and approve critical technical decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Hands-on Prototyping:
Build proof-of-concepts and prototype complex solution components to de-risk projects and validate architectural approaches.

Thought Leadership & Standards:
Stay current with AI/ML trends (especially Generative AI). Establish and evangelize best practices, standards, and tooling recommendations for the entire practice.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
· 10+ years in IT, with
5+ years specifically in AI/ML solution architecture
or a senior technical lead role designing production AI systems.

Proven experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
for external clients.
· Deep hands-on expertise in:
o AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
o Cloud AI Services: Certified expert in AI/ML on
at least one
major cloud (AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or GCP Vertex AI).
o Generative AI: Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
o MLOps: CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), model registry, monitoring.
o Programming: Expert proficiency in Python.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
