Position Overview As a trailblazing AI Applications Engineer specializing in modern tools (eg Langchain), you will be the core driver of innovation. Your mandate is clear: design, fine-tune, and optimize  for a diverse portfolio of high-impact enterprise use cases like moving entire customizations from one stack to another. You will be developing state-of-the-art solutions that fundamentally transform how organizations leverage AI in their critical workflows. Key Responsibilities Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of your development workflow by pushing the boundaries of AI development tools to deliver secure, optimized, and high-quality code. Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale. Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context, an explicit repository of system designs, constraints, and standards that enables AI to operate accurately and reliably. Critically evaluate code (Human or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance Leverage tools such as LangChain to creatively and resourcefully tackle problems, maintaining an open-minded approach to implementation. Good grasp & experience with full stack development( datamodelling concepts, business logic, UI) Translating business requirements into viable AI solutions and effectively conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Ability to effectively communicate and execute with geographically distributed teams. Experience in a fast-paced technical environment with changing priorities Ability to develop and ship products in quick increments across multiple versions  Be a proactive self-starter   Required Qualifications Strong expertise in using LLMs & AI application frameworks(eg LangChain)  A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering. Using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty. Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready. 5+ years of professional software development experience High proficiency in Python and Java programming language Experience in REST-based API development, API lifecycle management and/or client SDKs development Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases. Experience with developer tools such as Git and Jenkins Demonstrated experience of working with ReST and thorough understanding of its fundamentals Working knowledge of building B2B or B2C SaaS applications using cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is desired Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs such as REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, HTTP, JSON, etc. Experience with Spring, gRPC, REST and the HTTP protocol Experience with Agile development methodology Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available Office-Flex: work in-person three days per week   Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Python and popular AI application frameworks like Langchain Prior experience in building AI solutions for enterprise software or SaaS platforms Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
