<p><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;">1. Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.js<br> Solid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS<br>2. Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups<br>3. Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions<br>4. Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques<br>5. Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO for structured and unstructured data<br>6. Ability to analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python<br>7. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design<br>8. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value</p>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">1. Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">2. Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">3. Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">4. Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">5. Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">6. Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">7. Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">8. Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner</p>
