Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated productivity metrics dashboards for AI tools
Monitor AI tool usage and adoption across the organisation
Create and deliver automated DPO (Developer Productivity Office) data feeds
Analyse productivity trends and surface insights to support business decision‑making
Support reporting requirements for leadership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) reviews
Produce monthly productivity insights reports for executive‑level audiences
Skills & Experience
3-5 Years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or productivity reporting
Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Ability to design and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Experience working in a technology or professional services environment (preferred)
