About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Producer to own end-to-end ad creative production for Google/Meta Ads, primarily through AI. This role blends AI tools, content strategy, and performance marketing to produce high-converting video ads at scale. You will be responsible for generating, testing, and iterating 50–100+ ad creatives per week using AI video tools, UGC formats, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate understands what makes users click, install, and convert. Key Responsibilities • Own the full creative pipeline: ideation → scripting → production → iteration • Generate high-volume video creatives using AI tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) • Create UGC-style ads, hooks, and performance-driven storytelling formats • Work closely with performance marketing team to analyze creative performance (CTR, CVR, CPI) • Rapidly test variations (hooks, thumbnails, messaging, formats) • Repurpose winning creatives into multiple variations for scaling • Stay updated with ad trends across Meta, Google, and competitors • Build a structured creative testing framework (hypothesis → test → learn → scale) • Manage creative library and documentation of what works/doesn’t Key Requirements • Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, CapCut, etc.) • Ability to write compelling hooks and short-form scripts • High-speed execution mindset (shipping > perfection) • Basic video editing skills (cuts, captions, pacing) • Data-driven thinking (can interpret CTR, hook rate, retention)
