What you’ll do:
Job Description
The candidate would join the HPE Operations’ AI Automation Analytics team housed in Bangalore. The candidate will work closely with various organizations and functions within HPE Operations to build, manage and deliver their AI/ML roadmap.
Build a deep understanding of the domain specific business processes and challenges
Assess feasibility of AI Automation and Analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges
Analyze and interpret large data sets
Manage development of AI driven solutions or predictive models to solve analytics challenges
Provide strategic analysis of business operations and provide actionable insights
Produce internal insights highlighting key findings around productivity, issues and opportunities

Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Evaluating business processes for software applications testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools
Management Level :

Manage and expand relationships with internal business stakeholders and outsourced development partners on AI Automation and analytics solution design and development
Leads multiple project teams of technical engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
Provides domain-specific expertise and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Drives integration of AI automation and analytics solutions into existing and new business processes
Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
what you need to bring :
Education & Experience
Masters degree in management, engineering, statistics, math or operations management
6-8 years’ experience in industry experience with exposure to sales, supply chain, service operations domains
Experience working with business stakeholders and managing technical project and program teams
Experience in solving problems using artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation techniques preferred
Experience dealing with data related issues, creating and packaging analysis, and producing analytical reviews
Knowledge of working on visualization tools like Power BI would be an added advantage
Additional Skills:
