KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, and develop our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platform from the ground up • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into clinical data workflows and research tools • Collaborate with clinical researchers and data teams to translate research needs into technical solutions • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance within the platform • Support the automation of clinical trial data collection, monitoring, and reporting • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal research technology systems REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields • Proficiency in Python, Java, or full-stack web development • Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development• Interest in Healthcare IT, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences is highly desirable • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and a passion for healthcare technology are encouraged to apply
