Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We’re looking for an   AI Architect – Manager   who Is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions while leading and developing technical teams. This role combines   hands-on technical leadership   with   people management , partnering across engineering, product, platform, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production‑ready AI capabilities aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Shape AI architecture and direction   by defining scalable AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions that align with business priorities and enterprise standards. Guide solutions from concept to production , supporting teams as they move from early exploration through deployment with a focus on reliability, performance, and long‑term maintainability. Support and develop engineering teams   through coaching, technical guidance, and clear goal setting, helping individuals grow while delivering high‑quality outcomes. Collaborate across teams , working closely with product, platform, security, and business partners to translate needs into practical, well‑aligned technical approaches. Strengthen AI delivery foundations   by encouraging consistent MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automation, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, model/version management, deployment, monitoring, observability) Familiarity with responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle Experience with Generative AI frameworks or tooling (for example: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM APIs) Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 1+ years Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions used in production 2+ years Experience leading technical projects and supporting team delivery We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
