We are seeking a motivated and skilled AI Architect to join our growing data team.
You will work closely with cross functional teams to turn data into critical insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
This role requires strong analytical skills hands on experience with statistical modeling and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop test and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms using structured and unstructured data.
Perform exploratory data analysis EDA to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
Design and run experiments e g A B tests to support business decisions
Collaborate with business stakeholders engineers and product managers to define data problems and deliver actionable insights
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non technical audiences Maintain and optimize data pipelines
Ensuring data integrity and consistency Contribute to the development of internal tools reusable code and model deployment processes
Monitor model performance over time and retrain as necessary to maintain accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field.
8 plus years of experience in a data science or analytics role
Proficient in Python or R with experience using libraries such as pandas scikit learn NumPy or equivalent Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
Experience with machine learning frameworks and model evaluation techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms e g AWS GCP Azure and version control e g Git Ability to interpret and explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
