Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and business-aligned HR Business Leader at the AGM level to act as a strategic enabler for revenue teams. This role goes beyond traditional HR — it requires partnering with business leaders to drive productivity, influence talent strategy, and build high-performing teams through data-driven and hands-on interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with business heads to drive revenue productivity through effective people strategies and workforce planning
Influence and co-own hiring strategy for high-impact sales and mandate teams, ensuring quality and speed of hiring
Own and drive performance management, retention, and organizational effectiveness — with a strong focus on execution, not just policies
Act as the voice of the business in all people-related decisions, ensuring HR interventions are aligned with ground realities
Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, engagement, performance, retention, exit)
Collaborate with leadership on org design, team structuring, and capability building
Leverage HR analytics to provide actionable insights on productivity, attrition, and talent gaps
Lead performance reviews, talent discussions, and succession planning initiatives
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Drive engagement initiatives to build a high-performance and ownership-driven culture
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
Work closely with TA, L&D, and C&B teams for seamless HR delivery
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS for reporting, dashboards, and HR operations
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR to revenue outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR analytics and data interpretation
High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong command over HRMS tools (Keka preferred) and MS Excel
