Job Description – Agentic Ai Engineer |2-3 Years of Experience

About the role
We're looking for a full stack agentic AI engineer who has built production agentic AI systems - not just experimented with frameworks, but actually shipped things that work reliably at scale.
You'll be designing and building core agentic infrastructure, working directly with leadership to solve problems that don't have defined playbooks.
What you'll do
- Design and implement agent orchestration systems and multi-agent workflows
- Build scalable & reliable agentic systems
- Solve infrastructure challenges around execution, concurrency, and error handling
- Own problems end-to-end from architecture to production deployment
Requirements
Must have:
- 1.5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks
- Production experience with agentic systems (Lyzr, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, Claude Agent SDK etc.)
- Shipped products or systems that people actually use
- High ownership & High agency
Good to have:
- Startup or founding experience
- Open-source contributions to AI/agent frameworks
- ex-YC or native AI organizations
