This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional client management skills. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.      Qualifications     Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications :   9-10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Integration APIs. Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple workstreams or releases. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, sharing rules, platform governance, and enterprise design best practices. Experience with data integration, migration, deployment strategy, and release management across complex environments. Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps/CI-CD practices. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, lead client discussions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences. Experience in estimation, planning, staffing coordination, risk management, and delivery tracking for large or complex implementations. Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving, leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Good understanding of Einstein Trust Layer and guardrails. Good understanding of LLMs, different types of prompt templates, and their usage. Good knowledge of different models. Good knowledge of standard agents. Hands-on experience in agent creation and usage of standard/custom actions. Good understanding of Data Cloud. Good to Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications Project experience with Life Sciences and Health clients, including patient experience, commercial, MedTech, provider, and/or payer. Salesforce Certified AI Associate.
