Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4–7+ years of relevant professional experience (Big 4 or comparable consulting environment preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills, also ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Level: Experienced Professional, Lead defined workstreams within engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Perform detailed analysis, documentation, testing, and validation activities Develop client-ready deliverables (reports, dashboards, models, presentations) Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities Translate technical findings into clear business insights.
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption.
· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with their workforce management objectives.
· Provide hands-on expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) configuration, including accrual configurations, timekeeping pay-policies, advance scheduling, and absence management.
· Develop custom reports, dataviews for reporting solutions and ensure seamless data flow between Dimensions and other enterprise systems.
· Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Dimensions and related technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
· Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to UKG Pro workforce management and Boomi integration.
