Position Summary   Level : Analyst, Manager Services As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.  Work you’ll do: Own solution design and technical delivery for Adobe Commerce implementations and upgrades.   Define architecture for multi-site, multi-region, B2C/B2B commerce, and headless/hybrid patterns. Lead development standards: modular design, service contracts, API strategy, coding guidelines, and review process. Drive complex integrations (ERP/OMS/PIM/CRM/payments/tax/shipping) and data migration strategy.   Lead performance engineering: caching strategy, indexing, search tuning, DB optimization, and load testing guidance.   Guide DevOps/release strategy: environments, CI/CD, deployment, rollback, monitoring, incident response.   Manage technical risks, estimates, and delivery plans; mentor engineers and coordinate across teams.   Ensure security/compliance: PCI considerations, secure coding, dependency management, patching cadence.   The team: Our Digital Foundry Operate & Innovations (DFO&I) team partners with organizations to rapidly design, build, and scale digital products and experiences that drive business growth and elevate customer engagement. As a multidisciplinary group of strategists, designers, engineers, and operations specialists, we deliver end-to-end solutions—from initial concept and agile development to ongoing digital operations—enabling clients to experiment, iterate, and scale digital initiatives with confidence and agility. We support clients across domains such as strategy, commerce, marketing, sales, and service, helping them realize their digital ambitions through flexible, scalable teams. Our expertise spans the full digital lifecycle, including customer research, experience design, platform development, content production, and marketing automation. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we empower organizations to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences in an ever-evolving digital landscape.    Qualifications   Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in   eCommerce engineering; deep expertise in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerc Strong system design skills (scalability, reliability, integrations, event-driven patterns).   Advanced knowledge of Magento internals: DI, plugins, observers, UI components, EAV, indexers, cron, queues. Deep API experience: GraphQL schema/resolvers, REST service contracts, authentication, versioning.   Strong PHP, MySQL, JS;    Proven ability to lead code quality and testing strategies Experience with Cloud infrastructure patterns and performance tooling.   Fastly/CDN, New Relic, OpenSearch tuning.   Experience with B2B module, negotiable quotes, shared catalogues, company accounts.   Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: Headless: PWA Studio, React/Next.js storefronts, API-first commerce   Exposure to Adobe App Builder and Adobe I/O (integrations, events, APIs)   Exposure to Adobe Commerce Cloud Services (ACCS).   Education:    ·          BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university       Location: ·          Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
