Functional Area: Admissions Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive offline marketing strategy aligned with our admissions goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
Create captivating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Manage print advertising campaigns in relevant publications and community spaces.
Organise and participate in college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Track and analyse campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimise strategies.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
Travel: Comfortable with regular travel and possessing your own personal transport.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/BBA would be an added advantage.

We are headquartered in Bangalore. The formal unveiling of the brand (and commencement of admissions) is happening in February 2024 in 12 cities of India, and 1 campus abroad.
