Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented
Admissions Manager
to lead the end-to-end admissions and application process for students enrolled in our College Advisory Program.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
application processing, documentation, and university admissions—preferably in the study abroad domain
, along with strong stakeholder management and team handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application & Admissions Management
Oversee the
end-to-end application lifecycle
for students (India & abroad)
Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications across universities
Track deadlines, requirements, and status updates for multiple student applications
Maintain high success rates in offer conversions
2. Documentation & Compliance
Guide students on preparation of SOPs, LORs, resumes, and essays
Review and validate all application documents before submission
Ensure compliance with university-specific requirements and processes
Maintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness
3. Student & Parent Engagement
Act as the
primary point of contact
for students and parents during the admissions journey
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress and satisfaction
Handle escalations and provide timely resolution
4. Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of admissions counsellors / application processors
Set KPIs and monitor team performance
Conduct training sessions to improve application quality and efficiency
5. University & Partner Coordination
Liaise with universities, admission offices, and external partners
Stay updated on admission criteria, trends, and policy changes
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
6. Process Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and improve application workflows
Implement SOPs for standardization and scalability
Leverage CRM/tools for tracking and reporting
Key Requirements
Experience
4–7 years of experience in:
Admissions / Application Processing / College Counseling
Study Abroad (highly preferred)
Proven track record of managing successful student applications
Skills
Strong understanding of global and/or Indian university admission processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Team management and leadership capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
