Admission Officer – Europe
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions & Application Processing
Evaluate and process applications for undergraduate and postgraduate programs across European universities.
Review academic credentials to ensure they meet institutional and program-specific admission standards.
Verify applicants’ eligibility, including academic background and language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or relevant European language requirements).
Guide students through the complete application documentation process, including transcripts, statements of purpose, recommendation letters, and visa-related materials.
2. Product Knowledge (for Shortlisting's)
Stay informed about evolving Industry trends, admission requirements, and visa policies across European destinations.
Identify new opportunities and provide alternate options for student recruitment and institutional partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or counseling, preferably within the study abroad or higher education sector.
Skills:
Strong understanding of European higher education systems and admission procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for recruitment events and partner engagements when required.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in any European language (such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is an added advantage.
