Job Description: Core Compliance – Administrator

Role Overview
Seeking a junior compliance professional with hands‑on exposure to
core compliance
, including surveillance, OBI monitoring, and compliance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct post‑event
surveillance
of transactions and communications across products.
Identify and escalate potential
market abuse
, conflicts of interest, or policy breaches.
Support and implement various regional policies
Assist in processing PAD queries, OBI requests, G&H requests
Assist in implementation various regional initiatives (i.e. Annual Compliance Plan, Compliance Risk Assessment)
Maintain records, review procedures, and assist in reporting surveillance metrics.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2 years in compliance
within financial services.
Exposure to surveillance functions is a plus.
Skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills and sound judgement.
Works with integrity, curiosity, and collaborative mindset.
