Admin Manager – KRAs
Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure Management
Ensure upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of all office infrastructure, including electricals, plumbing, air-conditioning, lifts, workspaces, etc.
Vendor & AMC Management
Manage contracts, relationships, and service levels of all third-party vendors (security, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, printers, HVAC, etc.) including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Office Supplies & Inventory Management
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and administrative materials; ensure timely procurement and avoid stock-outs.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness
Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities to maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all office areas, especially customer-facing zones.
Security & Access Control
Implement and monitor access control systems; manage physical security; coordinate with security staff to ensure the safety of staff and property.
Travel, Hotel & Logistics Coordination
Handle all arrangements for staff or guest travel, accommodations, and logistics in a cost-effective and smooth manner.
Compliance & Licenses
Ensure compliance with statutory norms (building license, fire safety, shop & establishment, waste disposal, etc.); maintain documentation and liaise with government agencies when needed.
Health, Safety & Fire Preparedness
Oversee fire safety systems, conduct drills, maintain safety equipment, and ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations.
Space Planning & Seating Arrangements
Efficiently manage workspace allocation, ensure optimal utilization of available space, and coordinate any renovation or expansion.
Admin Budgeting & Cost Optimization
Prepare and manage administrative budgets; track expenses and explore ways to reduce administrative overheads without compromising service quality.
Asset Management
Maintain records of all office assets, including laptops, furniture, equipment, etc.; ensure tagging and periodic audits.
Utility Management
Monitor electricity, water, and other utility bills to control wastage, reduce downtime, and avoid penalties.
Courier & Document Handling
Oversee internal and external mail/courier systems, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and tracking of important documents.
: Grooming & Uniform Oversight
Ensuring showroom staff adhere to grooming standards and uniform protocols, including proper wearing of brooches, name tags, and overall appearance as per company guidelines.
