12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and within timelines.
Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice verification, approvals, and posting in Oracle NetSuite.
Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities using BlackLine.
Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth processing and approvals.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
Assist during audits by providing required reports and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to improve AP workflows and process efficiency.
Prepare AP aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
Ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, and company compliance policies for financial accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and BlackLine will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
Experience in bank reconciliations.
Knowledge of GAAP and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
