Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent
Accounts Executive
to be stationed at our client location near Pune Station. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in core accounting functions, preferably with a CA firm, and hands-on exposure to
payroll, statutory compliance, and investment accounting
. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee
gratuity, superannuation, LIC
, and employee welfare-related accounting.
Handle employee loans and reimbursements.
Maintain compliance and accurate records using
Tally
and
MS Excel
.
Track and account for FDs,
mutual funds, stocks, ESOP activities and other investments
.
Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements.
Serve as a liaison with client-side higher authorities for finance-related matters.
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–3 years of experience (preferably CA firm background).
Proficient in
Tally
,
MS Excel
, and investment-related accounting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently at a client site.
Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to client-facing roles or deputation at client locations.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
