Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Accounting Associate _ to join our COE-Accountable Reporting - Global Finance Services Division. We are seeking an Finance Analyst with strong experience in FP&A to join our team who will have the opportunity to champion our Global Finance Transformation by providing quality analysis from our new Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACOE).  This role will primarily support onshore partners by providing reporting and analytics, aimed at delivering actionable insights that drives profitable growth.  The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India   What you will do Management Reporting, Analysis & Business Partnering : Perform month end closing tasks, reporting and analysis including but not limited to, actuals, allocations, intercompany service charges, revenue, backlog and compliance Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis collaborating with relevant teams Prepare and communicate timely, accurate and consistent results & identify key drivers providing insights to support decision making Act as the trusted partner and subject matter expert on finance issues providing guidance/training for all related systems & reporting Resolve issues independently and interact with teams within or outside of discipline addressing complex problems Participate in and/or lead the development of business process improvements as part of the Global Finance Strategy Process Transition & Improvement: Perform the tasks related to the transition of the projects in line with COE scope of work, timelines, business requirements and defined metrics/KPIs Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, define and own the documentation (instruction manuals and scorecards/trackers) Partner with multiple global stakeholders on day-to-day operations Identify and leverage on tools and technologies to transform processes Drive continuous improvement via simplification, standardization and automation Embed change management best practices Development of new/alternative costing methodologies, processes, and/or systems What you will have   Proven experience in FP&A, reporting, analysis and month end processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data, trends and patterns Excellent customer service skills working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes Self-starter, works well independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills Exhibits initiative, curiosity and independence Showcased leadership skills, good judgement, and accountability in prior roles Experience in process transitions and transformations in a virtual environment CA / CPA / CMA / MBA with 2-3 years of FP&A progressive experience The position requires the candidate to work a 5-a day -week schedule in the office Shift Timing: EMEA Shift :01:00PM -10:00PM IST IC (Individual Contributor) role   Skills desired: Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
