ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be responsible for driving the trading of solvents and other bulk commodities etc.- preferably in North India. This is a business development position with significant growth opportunity within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading & Market Development
Business deleopment in north India involving Solvents and other bulk commodities.
Identify and convert clients.
Set up distribution channel for commodity trading with ownership.
Supplier & Customer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, credit, payment, and delivery schedules.
P&L Ownership
Take full accountability for the P&L in your region
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Min. 2 years of experience in trading of solvents and other bulk commodities etc.- preferably in North India.
Bulk movement of cargo including Solvents or other liquid chemicals
PREFERRED SKILLS
Sharp commercial acumen and deal-making ability
Ability to coordinate across-functional teams (logistics, finance, operations)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Ownership driven approach to market development
