Implement creative ways to improve agency and customer relationships, tailor performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote relevant products and services.
Communicate with customers/agencies proactively via phone, email or direct contact.
Provide advice and help advertisers achieve the best Return on Investment (ROI) by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in sales pitching, business communication and account management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working toward goals.
Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with others.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail.
